No Refund:
Verified & Vetted Comprehensive Testing and Screening Solutions has a NO REFUND policy. All sales are final. There are no refunds on any services.
Please note: In situations where the lab is at fault or specimens are not received in a certain timeframe which can cause a misreading, we will re test to ensure the integrity of the specimen remains viable. This is a rare occurrence but will honor in the event we are notified by the lab during the testing period.
No Chargebacks
The Client will not, under any circumstances, issue or threaten to issue any chargebacks to Verified & Vetted card/account and/or form of payment (ie, Stripe, Square) for any reason whatsoever related to their services or participation in the Program. In the event of a chargeback, the Verified & Vetted reserves its right to report it to the credit bureaus as a delinquent account.
